How munch does this cost?
You only pay for the price per menu shown within the app. There are no aditional fees for consumers to their orders.
Can I pay via credit card?
Yes, with the Ogumy app you can make seamless payments to all FoodTrucks and restaurants. You are able to connect the following credit cards to your account: Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Visa.
Can I submit a pre orders?
Yes, you can submit your order any time from anywhere and will recieve a notification once the order is ready. No need to queue in line as you can just pick up your meal once ready.
How will I know that my order is ready?
The Ogumy app will notify you when your order is prepared and ready for pick up. Once your order has been confirmed, you will see a count down timer that will show you the remaining time until your food is ready. Finally you will receive an alert when your food is ready for pick up.
How can I navigate to the Foodtruck?
The Foodtruck is showing the current location in kilometre on the profile and on each order. When you click on the address or kilometre this will open your map app of choice to navigate to the Foodtruck.
Can I order from different Foodtrucks?
You will be able to order from one Foodtruck at the time, the Ogumy app takes care of everything. This is to avoid conflicts with different Foodtruck destinations. If you want to order from different Foodtrucks, just place multiple different orders for each Foodtruck.
Why do I need to allow my GPS location?
The Ogumy app needs your current location to display the nearest Foodtrucks in your area. The app will calculate the distance to the FoodTrucks and displays it in the app. This way you can estimate how long it will take you to reach the pick up place.
Which smartphones do you support?
We are currently supporting all comming Android smartphones. Our iPhone app is in development and will be released soon. Go to the Google Play Store to install the Ogumy app.
