Can I accept payments via credit card?

Yes, with the Ogumy app you will be able to receive payments from authorised consumers via credit card. Customers will be able to make payments via the following credit card Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Visa. 

Can I accept pre orders?

Yes, with the Ogumy app you are by default able to accept pre-orders during your opening hours. Customers can order from your menue from their mobile from where ever they are. This will create a pre-order, after you have accepted this order a confirmation is send to the consumer to notify the pick-up time at your Foodtruck.

Can I schedule my opening hours?

Yes, you can program different opening hours for each day during a week. The Ogumy app will list all your menues online and availble for purchase during your office hours. In addition you can set different locations for each day.

How will customers know that their order is ready?

The Ogumy app will notify your customers when their order is completed. You can set the time it takes for each menu and order. This way the customer receives a timer and will recieve an alert to pick-up the order on time.

When will I receive my payments?

Payments are automatically schedulled for once a week. The Ogumy app collects all your orders and sumits payments in your bank account on Tuesday of each week.

How munch does this cost?

Our fees vary between countries as we depend on the processing fee that we have to add to our service fee. In general our service fee is calculated by adding the Stripe processing fees. The fee will be deducted from the payment before payout to your business. Below is a list of the Stripe processing fee. For calculation of the total fee add our 6% service fee.

Switzerland: 2.9% + CHF 0.30

Europe: 1.4 % + 0,25 €

If currency conversion is required, an additional 2% fee will apply.

Which smartphones do you support?

We are currently supporting all comming Android smartphones. Our iPhone app is in development and will be released soon. Go to the Google Play Store to install the Ogumy app.
